We build prototypes for large industrial companies, quickly, pragmatically, and with as little overhead as possible. We're looking for an experienced electronics developer who can take a design from schematic all the way to working hardware and drive bring-up in the lab.
This role is remote-friendly. Most of our developers work remotely, and we also have a lab and office in Stuttgart, so being able to work on site is a plus.
What to expect
- Hands-on work on real industrial prototype projects
- Ownership of designs from schematic through layout to bring-up
- A small, cross-functional team with fast decisions and no corporate overhead
- Direct, co-creative work with clients instead of rigid specification handovers
- Room to bring your own ideas
Must-have
- Solid Altium skills (schematic and layout, production-ready)
- Experience with bring-up measurement equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer)
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in electronics development
- Professional level English
- Strong communication skills
Strong nice-to-have
- Basic embedded C/C++ knowledge
- Ability to write your own bring-up and test firmware
- Experience defining test protocols and acceptance tests
- Based in or near Stuttgart
Nice-to-have
- EMC experience
- LTSpice or other simulation experience
- Experience with wireless (LoRa, WiFi, LTE, NFC) or power and battery management
- Soldering and rework skills
- Comfortable with agile, co-creative client work rather than strict specifications
